- We put a DataFlyer SCSI card in my wife's A4000 to use with the CDROM
- drive and Zip and it's been nothing but a nightmare. The included
- software doesn't see either device yet if we use an external util like
- RDPrep or SCSIUtil they show up fine. Using RDPrep and SCSIMounter we
- finally were able to use the Zip drive. The CDROM was even more of a
- nightmare. As you did, we contacted Expansion Systems and they tried to
- be helpful but ultimately weren't of any use at all.
-
- As someone else suggested, dump the DataFlyer and get a real SCSI
- controller. That's what we are going to do.
